Where We Ship

At this time, we ship to the following regions: UAE, Pakistan, Europe (including the UK), and North America (including the US).

UAE Shipping

We deliver across the UAE.

  • Free delivery on orders over AED 750

  • Flat-rate delivery of AED 25 on orders below AED 750

Pakistan Shipping

We offer free shipping across Pakistan.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note delivery may take longer in remote areas. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping (UK/Europe, North America)

International delivery timelines vary by destination, and most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

UK & Europe

  • Free shipping on orders over AED 1,000

  • Flat-rate shipping of AED 45 on orders below AED 1,000

United States

  • Free shipping on orders over AED 1,000

  • Flat-rate shipping of AED 50 on orders below AED 1,000

 

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days after payment is authorised (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If tracking is available, we will also share a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and, if applicable, must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, so we’re unable to estimate these charges in advance.
